ORDER AND DELIVERY

How will my order be shipped?

With great care and attention, because we want your products to arrive in top condition! We send our packages with Budbee to Dutch addresses.

How much are the shipping costs and how long is the delivery time?

Orders above €35 are shipped for free. For orders under €35 the shipping costs are €2.95. If you order before 23:59, you will receive your product(s) the next day.

Can I still change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to make changes or cancel the order after placing an order. Of course, you always have the option to return a delivered order within 30 days

When will I receive my order if I order on Saturday or Sunday?

Orders placed and paid for on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

RETURNS

How can I return an order?

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged. The return form can be downloaded via the exchange and return page.

What should I do if my product arrived damaged?

If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are defective, please send an email to info@merodacosmetics.nl to discuss this further.

What requirements must a return shipment meet?

All returned items must be unused, unopened and in the original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the costs of returning the items. Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in the post. Please ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transport. Make sure the return form has been approved - without approval, your return may not be processed.

You can enter your discount code in your shopping cart.

My payment has been accepted but I have not received an email

You will receive an order confirmation from us after payment has been accepted. Don't forget to check your junk/spam folder. If you have not received an email from us, we would like to ask you to contact info@merodacosmetics.nl

CHANGING BASIS

How quickly does the foundation change according to my skin tone?

As soon as the foundation comes into contact with the skin, it immediately changes to your unique skin color.

Are Meroda's products tested on animals?

Our products are not tested on animals. This means that all our products are 100% cruelty-free.

Where can I find the ingredients of the product?

You can find the list of ingredients on the product page or packaging of our products. If you have any questions, you can contact our Customer Service via the contact form.

Are Meroda's products vegan?

Yes, all our products are vegan.

What kind of finish does the changing foundation give?

The changing foundation has a natural effect on the skin and it feels very light. It is made to cover blemishes and redness for a radiant look all day long.
