Exchanges and returns

If you have received the wrong items or the items that you have received are defective, send an e-mail to support@merodacosmetics.nl to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return it to us within 30 days after receipt, provided they are in original and sellable state.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, whereby the costs of the return shipment are not included. We cannot reimburse or exchange items that are used or open, or that are not in original condition.

Request return

Please download, print and enter the return form if you have not yet.

Send your return form together with a photo of the products that you return to Support@merodacosmetics.nl by e-mail.

After approval, make sure that your return shipment is well packaged and fully complies with all the following conditions.

Mark 'Return shipments' clearly on the outer packaging of your package.

Use an insured tracing service to ensure that your package arrives safely.

Send a follow-up e-mail with your tracking information to support@merodacosmetics.nl

Returns conditions and guidelines:

All returned items must be unused, unopened and equipped with original plastic packaging.

We are not responsible for the costs of the return shipment of the articles.

Make sure that all returned items are packaged well so that they do not get damaged in the post.

Make sure that all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service, because we cannot take responsibility for items that have been damaged or lost during return transport.

Ensure that the return form has been approved - without approval this can lead to your return shipment.
