Where's my order?
You will find a track & trace number in the e-mail with the order confirmation. With the track & trace link in the e-mail you can follow the status of your order.
For dispatch within the Netherlands and Belgium, that if the payment of your order has been made on working days before 22 hours, you will receive the package the next day.
If your package unexpectedly do not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us in time. We can only start an investigation within 2 weeks after the original delivery date.
When will I receive my order if I order on Saturday or Sunday?
Orders that you place and pay on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Mondays.
What else should I know about sending my order?
We will send a confirmation by e-mail as soon as your payment is received. You receive a new confirmation (sender NOREPLY@CB.NL) Once your order has been ordered to the specified address.
