The full Terms & Conditions below apply.
* Official Terms & Conditions
Campaign Period: 1 November 2026 – 30 November 2026
Version: October 2026
These Official Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Meroda Black Friday TikTok Shop Creator Campaign (the "Campaign"), organised by Meroda Cosmetics B.V. with its registered office at Bosscheweg 40, Berkel-Enschot, The Netherlands ("Meroda", "we", "us" or "our").
By registering for, participating in or submitting content to the Campaign, the Creator agrees to these Terms.
1. Campaign
The Campaign gives eligible creators participating through Trybe the opportunity to unlock a Reward by generating qualifying TikTok Shop sales for Meroda during the Campaign Period.
The Campaign runs from:
1 November 2026 at 00:00 CET until 30 November 2026 at 23:59 CET.
Only qualifying GMV generated during this period will count towards the Campaign.
The Campaign is administered using Trybe and its applicable attribution and reporting systems.
Only qualifying GMV generated during this period will count towards the Campaign. The GMV calculation rules in Section 6 apply exclusively to this Campaign.
2. Eligibility
To participate, a Creator must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have an active TikTok account in good standing.
- Be eligible to participate in TikTok Shop and promote Meroda products.
- Be signed up to and accepted into a Meroda Program on Trybe.
- Comply with these Terms.
- Comply with all applicable Trybe and TikTok Shop terms, policies and requirements.
- Comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, intellectual property and other laws.
- Provide accurate information to Meroda and/or Trybe where reasonably required.
Meroda reserves the right to refuse, suspend or remove a Creator from the Campaign where the Creator does not meet or ceases to meet these requirements.
3. Campaign Rewards
Rewards are based on the Trybe GMV thresholds reached during the Campaign Period.
The available Rewards are:
| Qualifying Trybe GMV | Reward |
| €10,000 | €1,000 cash |
| €50,000 | Chanel handbag OR €8,000 cash |
| €100,000 | Fiat 500 OR €15,000 cash |
| €250,000 | €50,000 cash |
3.1 One Reward only
Only one Reward will be unlocked per Creator.
A Creator who reaches multiple thresholds will receive the Reward corresponding to the highest qualifying GMV threshold reached.
Reaching a higher threshold replaces entitlement to a lower-tier Reward rather than adding another Reward.
For example:
- €10,000 GMV → €1,000 cash
- €50,000 GMV → Chanel handbag or €8,000 cash
- €100,000 GMV → Fiat 500 or €15,000 cash
- €250,000 GMV → €50,000 cash
The Rewards are not cumulative.
4. Reward Choice
At the applicable tiers, the Creator may choose between the listed physical Reward and the corresponding cash alternative.
€50,000 GMV
The Creator may choose:
- The designated Chanel handbag; or
- €8,000 cash.
€100,000 GMV
The Creator may choose:
- the designated Fiat 500; or
- €15,000 cash.
The specific Chanel handbag and Fiat 500 model/specification will be communicated by Meroda to eligible Creators.
Rewards are subject to availability. If a physical Reward becomes unavailable, Meroda may provide a reasonable alternative of comparable value.
Any alternative will be communicated to the eligible Creator before fulfilment.
5. Reward Redemption
Once the Creator has reached an applicable GMV threshold, the Creator must email nora@merodacosmetics.com to confirm the relevant threshold.
The email must be sent between 1 December 2026 and 5 December 2026, inclusive.
The email should include:
- Full name.
- TikTok username.
- Trybe account details, where applicable.
- The qualifying Trybe GMV threshold reached.
- Reward choice, where a choice is available.
Failure to submit the redemption email by 5 December 2026 may result in the Creator losing entitlement to the Reward.
Meroda may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, qualifying GMV, compliance with these Terms and the appropriate fulfilment of the Reward.
Meroda may request additional information reasonably required to verify the Creator's eligibility before confirming the Reward.
6. GMV
For this Campaign:
“Qualifying Trybe GMV” means the gross merchandise value recorded by Trybe and attributed to the Creator under Trybe's applicable attribution and reporting systems during the Campaign Period, subject to the exclusions and adjustments in these Terms.
Only GMV attributable to the Creator under Trybe's applicable attribution methodology will count.
Trybe's attribution and reporting data will be used to determine Campaign GMV.
For the avoidance of doubt:
- TikTok Shop dashboard revenue does not count.
- TikTok Shop-reported GMV does not count unless the same amount is recorded and attributed as qualifying GMV by Trybe under its applicable reporting and attribution systems.
- GMV or revenue calculated using any alternative attribution model does not count.
- Revenue reported by another platform, analytics tool, affiliate network or attribution source does not count.
- Views, clicks, impressions, engagement, orders or other performance metrics do not independently qualify as GMV.
Trybe's applicable attribution and reporting data will be the sole basis for determining Campaign GMV, subject to correction of manifest errors and the exclusions and adjustments set out in these Terms.
Meroda will not add, combine or substitute GMV from other attribution sources when determining whether a Creator has reached a Reward threshold.
6.1 Returns, cancellations and refunds
GMV relating to orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back or otherwise determined not to represent a completed qualifying sale will not count towards the Campaign.
Creators cannot artificially reach a threshold through orders that are subsequently cancelled, refunded or returned.
For example, if a Creator generates €50,000 in attributed orders but €10,000 of those orders are subsequently cancelled or refunded, only the qualifying €40,000 will count.
6.2 Final determination
Meroda may validate GMV following the end of the Campaign Period, taking into account applicable cancellations, refunds, returns, chargebacks and other adjustments.
The final determination of qualifying GMV will be based on Trybe's attribution and reporting data, subject to correction of manifest errors.
Meroda may request reasonable supporting information where necessary to verify a Creator's eligibility or investigate suspected manipulation or reporting errors.
7. Campaign participation requirements
To qualify for a Reward, the Creator must:
- Be signed up to and accepted into a Meroda Program on Trybe.
- Upload Campaign Content to Trybe.
- Publish the corresponding Campaign Content on their own TikTok account during the Campaign Period.
- Ensure that every relevant TikTok post contains the correct Meroda TikTok Shop product tag.
- Publish at least 30 new Qualifying Videos during the Campaign Period, with each of those same 30 videos uploaded to Trybe and published on TikTok with the correct product tag.
- Ensure that all 30 videos satisfy the requirements in Section 8.
- Retain links or other reasonable evidence showing that each of the 30 videos was published on both Trybe and TikTok with the correct product tag, and provide that evidence on request.
- Comply with all other requirements in these Terms.
The 30-video requirement is mandatory. Creators who publish fewer than 30 Qualifying Videos will not qualify for a Reward, regardless of the amount of Trybe GMV generated.
Publishing additional videos does not compensate for videos that fail to meet the Qualifying Video requirements.
8. Qualifying Videos and Content Standards
The Campaign is intended to reward genuine, substantive, high-quality, creator-led content that reflects the creative standards used by Meroda on Trybe.
The 30-video requirement is intended to encourage creators to produce genuine, high-quality, creator-led content, rather than simply uploading a large number of low-effort videos.
A video will only count towards the 30-video requirement if Meroda reasonably determines that it constitutes a Qualifying Video.
A Qualifying Video must:
- Be at least 15 seconds long.
- Be newly created and first published during the Campaign Period.
- Be original content created by the Creator.
- Feature a Meroda product in a meaningful way.
- Contain a clear script or structured narrative, with substantive commentary, demonstration, education or review relating to the product.
- Include a talking-head component, with the Creator's face visible and the Creator personally presenting or discussing the product.
- Be properly edited and presented for TikTok, with a clear hook and a coherent beginning, middle and end.
- Reflect the Creator's personality and follow the content best practices communicated by Meroda.
- Contain the correct Meroda TikTok Shop product tag on the TikTok publication.
- Be published on the Creator's TikTok account during the Campaign Period.
- Also be uploaded to Trybe during the Campaign Period.
- Comply with all applicable TikTok, Trybe and Meroda requirements.
Meeting the minimum duration alone does not make a video eligible. A video must also meet the substantive content and quality requirements above.
8.1 What does not qualify
The following will generally not count as Qualifying Videos:
The following will not count towards the 30-video requirement:
- Videos shorter than 15 seconds.
- Short product clips, including 2–6 second clips.
- Static product shots or footage focused only on a hand holding or displaying a product.
- Videos in which the Creator's face is not visible or which do not include a talking-head component.
- A product simply being held up to the camera without meaningful commentary or a structured script.
- Unedited or minimally edited footage.
- Videos consisting primarily of text or still images without substantive creator-led presentation.
- Duplicate or substantially identical videos.
- Reposted or previously published content.
- Videos that do not meaningfully feature or discuss the Meroda product.
- Videos created solely to meet the 30-video requirement without meaningful content, a clear script or a substantive creator-led presentation.
- Videos that do not include the correct TikTok Shop product tag.
- Videos uploaded to only one of the two required platforms.
- Videos that Meroda reasonably determines do not meet the Campaign's content quality requirements.
Different hooks, openings and creative angles are encouraged. However, minor cosmetic changes to substantially identical content will not necessarily result in multiple Qualifying Videos.
8.2 Creative best practices
Creators are expected to follow the content best practices communicated through Meroda's creator training, briefs and guidance, including:
- Talking-head or creator-led presentation.
- A strong opening hook.
- A clear script or structured narrative.
- Meaningful product demonstration and commentary.
- Appropriate editing and presentation.
- Authentic creator personality.
- A visible creator face.
- Content designed to genuinely engage the audience and communicate the product's relevant benefits.
Meroda may provide additional creative guidance during the Campaign.
8.3 Review of submitted videos
Meroda may review videos against the requirements in this Section and exclude any video that does not qualify.
Where a video is rejected, it will not count towards the 30-video requirement. Meroda may explain the reason for rejection and, where reasonably practicable, allow the Creator an opportunity to publish a replacement during the Campaign Period.
Creators remain responsible for ensuring that they have published at least 30 Qualifying Videos by the end of the Campaign Period.
9. Anti-abuse and prohibited activity
The Campaign is designed to reward genuine customer sales generated through creator content.
Creators must not directly or indirectly manipulate or artificially inflate GMV or other Campaign metrics.
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Purchasing Meroda products for yourself to increase GMV;
- Asking or arranging for family members, friends or associates to purchase products for the purpose of increasing GMV;
- Using multiple accounts to generate additional GMV;
- Generating fraudulent or fictitious orders;
- Deliberately placing orders with the intention of cancelling or returning them;
- Using bots or automated traffic;
- Manipulating TikTok Shop or Trybe attribution;
- Artificially generating clicks, traffic, views or engagement;
- Exploiting technical or attribution errors;
- Misleading consumers about Meroda products or Campaign Rewards;
- Creating fake accounts or identities;
- Encouraging customers to place unnecessary orders;
- Any other activity intended to artificially increase Campaign performance.
9.1 Disqualification
If Meroda reasonably believes that a Creator has engaged in prohibited activity, Meroda may:
- exclude the relevant sales from qualifying GMV;
- reject individual videos;
- disqualify the Creator from the Campaign;
- withhold an unpaid Reward;
- cancel a Reward that has been awarded; and/or
- require repayment of a Reward already paid or transferred.
This right applies even if the relevant activity is not immediately identified and is discovered after the Campaign has ended.
10. Advertising disclosure
The Creator acknowledges that participation in the Campaign creates a commercial relationship with Meroda.
The Creator must clearly disclose this relationship in Campaign Content in accordance with applicable law, the Dutch Advertising Code, the Reclamecode Social Media & Influencer Marketing and TikTok's applicable requirements.
The disclosure must be clear and understandable to the viewer.
Where applicable, the Creator must use TikTok's available branded-content/commercial-content disclosure functionality as well as any additional disclosure required by law.
The Creator must not rely solely on:
- a TikTok Shop product tag;
- an affiliate link;
- a product link;
- tagging Meroda;
- a discount code; or
- the word "affiliate" or "commission"
where this would not provide sufficient disclosure.
The Dutch 2026 Social Media & Influencer Marketing Code specifically identifies affiliate commissions as a "Relevant Relationship" requiring disclosure and states that simply using "affiliate" or "commission" is not sufficient on its own. Stichting Reclame Code
Meroda may provide approved disclosure language and the Creator must follow that guidance.
11. Product claims and cosmetic advertising
Creators must ensure that all statements made about Meroda products are accurate, truthful and consistent with information provided or approved by Meroda.
Creators must not:
- Make false or misleading claims;
- Make medical or therapeutic claims;
- State or imply that a cosmetic product treats, cures or prevents a disease or medical condition;
- Guarantee specific results;
- Make unsupported claims about product effectiveness;
- Invent product ingredients or benefits;
- Materially exaggerate product performance;
- Create misleading before-and-after representations;
- Imply medical or clinical endorsement where none exists; or
- Make any other claim that Meroda has expressly prohibited.
The Creator must follow Meroda's approved product claims and campaign briefing where these are provided.
12. TikTok and Trybe compliance
The Creator must comply with all applicable:
- TikTok Terms of Service;
- TikTok Shop Creator Terms;
- TikTok Shop policies;
- TikTok advertising and content policies;
- TikTok Community Guidelines;
- Trybe terms and policies;
- Trybe attribution rules; and
- applicable laws and regulations.
Where TikTok or Trybe updates its policies or requirements during the Campaign, the Creator must comply with the updated requirements to the extent they apply to the Campaign.
Where Trybe's platform rules govern attribution, payment or technical operation of the Trybe platform, those rules will apply.
13. Content rights and ownership
13.1 Ownership
The Creator agrees that all intellectual property rights in original Campaign Content created specifically for Meroda under the Campaign shall be owned by Meroda to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The Creator agrees to assign to Meroda all transferable intellectual property rights in such Campaign Content, including copyright, for the full duration of those rights and worldwide.
The Creator will execute any reasonable additional documentation required to give effect to this transfer.
13.2 Licence where assignment is not effective
To the extent that any intellectual property right cannot legally be assigned or transferred, the Creator grants Meroda an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute and commercially exploit the Campaign Content in any media.
This licence includes the right to:
- Repost the content;
- Use it organically on Meroda social channels;
- Use it on Meroda websites;
- Use it in email marketing;
- Use it in paid advertising;
- Use it in TikTok advertising;
- Use it as Spark Ads or equivalent formats where applicable;
- Use it on Meta and other advertising platforms;
- Edit, crop, resize, subtitle or translate it; and
- Permit Meroda's agencies and service providers to exercise these rights on Meroda's behalf.
Any use must remain subject to applicable law and the rights of third parties.
13.3 Creator's pre-existing material
The transfer of rights does not include intellectual property that the Creator demonstrably owned before creating the Campaign Content.
Where such pre-existing material is incorporated into Campaign Content, the Creator grants Meroda a licence to use that material to the extent necessary for Meroda to use the Campaign Content as contemplated by these Terms, subject to any applicable third-party restrictions.
The Creator must not include music, images, footage or other third-party material unless the necessary rights and permissions have been obtained for the intended use, including commercial advertising where applicable.
13.4 Trybe rights
Nothing in this section prevents Trybe from exercising any rights it requires under its applicable platform terms to host, process, attribute, display or administer Campaign Content.
14. Creator warranties
The Creator warrants that:
- They have the right to create and publish the Campaign Content;
- The content does not infringe any third-party rights;
- All necessary permissions have been obtained from people appearing in the content;
- Any third-party music, images, footage or other materials are properly licensed for the intended use;
- The content is not misleading or deceptive;
- The content complies with these Terms; and
- The content complies with applicable advertising and consumer-protection requirements.
The Creator must not include third-party material that prevents Meroda from exercising the rights granted under these Terms.
15. Content removal and corrections
Meroda may request that a Creator edit, correct, make private or remove Campaign Content where Meroda reasonably considers that the content:
- Breaches these Terms.
- Breaches TikTok or Trybe policies.
- Breaches applicable law.
- Contains an inaccurate product claim.
- Creates a material brand-safety concern.
- Otherwise presents a material risk to Meroda.
The Creator must comply with a reasonable removal or correction request within 24 hours, or within any shorter period required by law, TikTok or Trybe.
16. Content availability
Qualifying Videos must remain publicly available on the Creator's TikTok account for at least 30 days following the end of the Campaign Period, unless Meroda agrees otherwise in writing.
Meroda may exclude content from the Campaign if it is deleted, made private or otherwise unavailable before this period, where that unavailability means the content no longer meets the Campaign requirements.
This requirement is subject to any mandatory legal or platform obligations that require content to be removed or restricted.
17. Verification and audit
Meroda may verify:
- The Creator's eligibility.
- The Creator's TikTok account.
- Campaign Content.
- The number of Qualifying Videos.
- Trybe GMV.
- Attributed orders.
- Cancellations.
- Returns.
- Refunds.
- Chargebacks.
- Compliance with these Terms.
The Creator agrees to reasonably cooperate with any such verification.
Meroda may use Trybe reporting and other reasonably available information to verify content publication and determine whether the Campaign requirements have been met. However, only qualifying GMV recorded and attributed by Trybe under Section 6 will count towards Reward thresholds.
18. Reward fulfilment
Following validation of the Creator's Campaign performance, Meroda will confirm the applicable Reward.
Cash Rewards will be paid by bank transfer within 30 days after:
- final validation of the Reward;
- confirmation of the Creator's Reward choice where applicable; and
- receipt of all information reasonably required by Meroda to make the payment.
Physical Rewards will be delivered or transferred to the Creator following validation and completion of any necessary administrative requirements.
Meroda may request information reasonably necessary to verify the Creator's identity and fulfil the Reward lawfully.
19. Physical Reward conditions
Physical Rewards are subject to availability.
For the Fiat 500 Reward, Meroda will specify the relevant vehicle model and specification before the Campaign concludes.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the Creator will be responsible for ongoing costs associated with ownership of a vehicle, including insurance, road tax, maintenance, fuel and similar costs.
Any applicable registration, transfer, tax or other costs will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and the specific Reward arrangements communicated by Meroda.
20. Taxes
The Creator is responsible for complying with any applicable tax obligations arising from participation in the Campaign or receipt of a Reward.
Where Meroda is legally required to withhold, report or pay tax, Meroda may do so.
The Creator agrees to provide information reasonably required for tax compliance.
21. Suspension and disqualification
Meroda may suspend or disqualify a Creator where the Creator:
- Breaches these Terms.
- Breaches TikTok or Trybe rules.
- Engages in fraud or manipulation.
- Fails to meet the Campaign requirements.
- Submits false information.
- Publishes unlawful or misleading content.
- Repeatedly submits non-qualifying content.
- Otherwise materially breaches the requirements of the Campaign.
Where appropriate and subject to applicable law, Meroda may withhold, cancel or seek recovery of the applicable Reward in accordance with these Terms.
22. Campaign changes or cancellation
Meroda reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign where reasonably necessary due to:
- Technical issues.
- Changes to TikTok Shop or Trybe.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
- Fraud or abuse.
- Product availability.
- Force majeure.
- Circumstances outside Meroda's reasonable control.
Where reasonably practicable, Meroda will communicate material changes to participating Creators.
No change will apply retroactively to reduce a Reward already validly earned, except where necessary to address fraud, manifest error or a legal or platform requirement.
Meroda will not use this provision arbitrarily to deprive a Creator of a Reward that has already been validly earned.
23. No employment relationship
Participation in the Campaign does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency or other relationship of representation between Meroda and the Creator.
The Creator acts independently and is responsible for their own business, tax, insurance and other obligations.
24. Confidentiality
The Creator must keep confidential any non-public information received from Meroda in connection with the Campaign.
This includes, without limitation:
- Unreleased products.
- Product launches.
- Non-public sales information.
- Campaign strategy.
- Internal Meroda information.
- Non-public commercial arrangements.
- Other information reasonably understood to be confidential.
This obligation does not apply to information that is already lawfully public, was lawfully known to the Creator before disclosure, is independently developed without using confidential information, or must be disclosed by law.
25. Personal data
Meroda may process Creator personal data for the purposes of:
- Administering the Campaign.
- Verifying eligibility.
- Validating GMV.
- Communicating with Creators.
- Fulfilling Rewards.
- Preventing fraud.
- Complying with legal obligations.
- Managing the Creator relationship.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data-protection law and Meroda's applicable Privacy Policy.
26. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to that limitation, Meroda is not responsible for:
- TikTok Shop outages.
- Trybe outages.
- TikTok or Trybe attribution changes.
- Technical errors outside Meroda's reasonable control.
- Loss of access to a TikTok account.
- Changes to TikTok Shop functionality.
- Other third-party platform failures.
Nothing in this Section removes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
27. Creator indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Creator is responsible for losses, claims, costs and expenses incurred by Meroda as a result of the Creator's:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Unlawful or misleading content.
- Infringement of third-party rights.
- Breach of applicable advertising requirements.
- Fraudulent or deliberately improper conduct.
This Section applies only to the extent that the relevant loss or claim is attributable to the Creator's conduct and the applicable law permits recovery.
28. No waiver
If Meroda does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not constitute a waiver of Meroda's right to enforce that provision later.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in force.
30. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with any Meroda Campaign Brief, creator guidance and specific Campaign instructions communicated through Trybe or directly by Meroda, constitute the agreement governing participation in the Campaign.
Where there is a conflict:
- Mandatory applicable law prevails;
- TikTok and Trybe terms govern matters exclusively controlled by those platforms;
- These Terms govern the relationship between Meroda and the Creator; and
- The Campaign Brief governs operational and creative requirements where it does not conflict with these Terms.
31. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Subject to any mandatory rights available to the Creator under applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
32. Acceptance
By registering for or participating in the Campaign, the Creator confirms that they:
- Have read and understood these Terms.
- Agree to be bound by them.
- Meet the eligibility requirements.
- Understand the Reward structure.
- Understand that only one Reward may be unlocked.

- Understand that TikTok Shop revenue reports and alternative attribution sources do not count.
- Agree that non-qualifying, refunded, returned, cancelled or fraudulent sales will not count.
- Understand and agree to the requirement to publish at least 30 Qualifying Videos on both Trybe and TikTok during the Campaign Period.
- Understand and agree to the content quality, duration, creator visibility, script and product-tag requirements.
- Agree to the Campaign Content requirements.
- Agree to the intellectual property provisions relating to Campaign Content.
By participating in the Campaign, the Creator acknowledges that failure to satisfy the applicable requirements may result in videos being rejected, the Creator being disqualified or the Creator losing entitlement to a Reward, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
